Ajeng Rindang was born in Jakarta, studied Architecture in Trisakti , and currently living in Jakarta.
At first, coffee tasting was more like a hobby. She took her journey to try a cup of coffee from one coffee shop to another coffee shop. And review it. Subsequently, she realized learning about coffee is way much more beyond passion for her.
In 2010, Ajeng got an ultimate hands-on experience in this field, and finally made her way to be a full time barista at the most prestigious coffee company. She got the knowledge. Through a cup of coffee from different region, Ajeng would like to convey the fact that every coffee has an unique taste and can be beautiful.
Ajeng received Coffee Ambassador 2011, and named as one of the Top Barista by Now! Jakarta magazine 2011.
